Food diary entry #2 that no one cares about:
Breakfast: half a grapefruit with a handful of almonds and a cup of green tea
Lunch: Tuna sandwich (of course, I feel like I never eat anything else haha) with littl e mayo on whole wheat bread with avocado & pepper & water.
Snack: A bowl of fruit (strawberries, kiwis, banana) with water.
& nowww I dunno what to eat for dinner. Normally it’s chicken with steamed veggies but I’m aiming for fives miles tonight and i feel like chicken will be too heavy for me to handle.
BLAHHHHH.
